eating well, super bowl edition

I’m writing my weekly meal plan early this week because of the Super Bowl.  I need to get to the store today before all the good stuff is gone.  We Texans love our football.

Super Bowl Sunday:  Chips and queso, antipasto bake, and a big crunchy salad

Monday:  Chicken with kalamata olives and spinach rice

Tuesday:  Slow cooker beef stroganoff with a wintry salad

Wednesday:  Leftovers!

Thursday:  Grilled cheese with pears; carrots, olives and chips on the side

Friday:  Take out?
